Top Wisdom Control Panel doesn’t get past the welcome screen.
That is fairly obviously a machine failure, not a LightBurn problem.
If you think that puppy has a warranty, now’s the time to spin up the seller on the case.
If the machine is long past worrying about a warranty, you can try some tricks that might help, but we’ll need more specific information on exactly which controller it is. Photos of the controller case inside the machine will help with the ID.
DO NOT perform a “factory reset” on the controller until you’ve exhausted all other options, because that will blow away all the seller’s settings for that particular machine and put you in a world of hurt.
Also, a “Top Wisdom” controller is not made by Ruida, so you should change that in your profile to avoid confusion.
As with 3D printers, the ideal number of laser machines is one more than you have.
I’m all for buying a new panel and being done with it. Just not sure what type of panel I need and where to fine one REALLY FAST!
That makes perfect sense, too.
Those pix look like the inside of the display panel. There should be another chunk of the controller where all the wires from the stepper motors, laser power supply, and suchlike converge. That’s where you’ll (probably) find the controller’s model number, which you’ll need to get a drop-in replacement.
You’re at least a few days from being back in operation, so it’s time to let your customers know what’s going on …

I have found everything I would need to fix my laser right up. It will ship from China.
Does anyone have a connection in the States that might supply a Top Wisdom TL-410c controller?
