I have an image that i just can not seem to get a decent image after using the trace function.
I get double lines broken line nothing makes sense it looks like it should be an easy one.
Any help would be appreciated.

You may need to do multiple passes to get the result you want.
Output from trace with default settings gives most of the image in good detail, but if it was me, I would do a few passes to isolate the least-contrasting elements.
it doesn’t help that you used such a small image as your source.

Thank You mine was almost the same missing a lot of detail.
I just cant seem to get the two side leaves. When you say do multiple passes do you mean using the new image or the old image.

Just repeat the trace process again, yes. Each time, you can set the results to a different layer to help when choosing what to combine from each trace.
