Thank you for the quick reply… yes there is but if you see attached it disappears after I press ok. I do not get a vector. I have updated to latest updates. Thanks
Move the bottom slider to the right about half way. It doesn’t trace with auto settings. You really should zoom out so you can see what’s going on. I use the scroll wheel on the mouse. It took several rolls to get it zoomed out enough.
This is because you have ‘Delete image after trace’ turned On (green), so it is doing exactly what you are asking it to do.
When I load this file, I note there is a lot of open space in this image, requiring me to zoom in quite a bit to see the trace in action. I am able to generate a trace, as shown below, using the version 1.3.01:
Do you get the same result after you turn Off (red) the ‘Delete image after trace’ option?
Strange it still doesn’t work for me. Thanks both for looking… I have tried lots of other images and all work, it’s just this one and only for me it looks like… I tried again with a larger image (less white space) still the same issue, I tried turning off delete image after trace but then all that happened is I am still left with an image and not a vector. Thanks
Do the trace again and adjust the threshold to 175 then hit ok. 150 is where it starts tracing.
The image on your trace window is super zoomed in. That’s why we keep telling you to zoom out.
Here is your file with it traced.

I tried again with it cropped and 175 still didn’t work. Thanks for sending that over, like I said every other image I have works perfectly first time. Phantoms in it for me. Thanks for the file, I can laser on
