Drag pic into Lightburn, select Trace option and add back to Lightburn design space and when I click to remove background picture, starts loading and can’t do anything else in Lightburn. I have restarted computer, updated software and redownloaded image and it still does this and I have already engraved this image previously. I don’t know what else to do.
I have not seen this behavior before, so thank you for reporting. 
Please post the file and image where you observe this. Does this happen with a specific image, or all images you try? What exact version of LightBurn and OS details will help as well.
Yes, @Bikemike offers another direction to achieve the goal, yet I would like to see if we can reproduce what you report.
