Hello,
I’m trying to trace an image but when I do it the button OK and Cancel not working. I only can press on x to close it. Help me please
Hello Sam -
Is it all images, or just this one? If you haven’t tried tracing another, I would suggest doing that first.
What is the format of the image? Can you upload a screen shot of the tracing dialog box?
Thanks

I tried different images still the same issue. When I press ok it doesn’t do anything.
Also I tried different format PNG and JPEG
go ahead and save as a .lbrn2 and upload it here, obviously with the image in there, untraced.
I’m not sure if I see anything wrong in that screenshot. What happens exactly if you push “Ok”?
When you hit “OK” then you get returned to the main screen. Did you click on the “Image” and delete it to see if the tracing was left behind? I got fooled a couple times cause I couldn’t see the actual tracing until I deleted the image .
You can also click on “Fade Image” to see the outline a bit better.
Welcome and thank you for your post. The following is worth review, as we cover the ‘Image Trace’ feature in detail. Have a look and then let us know the exact steps you are taking, what you expect, and what is or is not happening, and we can assist further from there.
nothing at all. That’s the issue.
I’ve seen that video many times. I’m doing the same way he’s doing it and still there is nothing. I think there’s issue with the software.
I tried that too and I tried delete.
when I press on fade it does fade the image but when I press delete and then press ok nothing happens.
I’m uninstalling the software and do everything all over again and let you know if the issue still there.
Thank you everybody for your help.
Can you elaborate? Does the Trace window disappear? Does the OK button get depressed but no further reaction? Can you use the spacebar to select the OK action? Does tabbing move between UI elements?
Can you take a screenshot of LightBurn after you’ve pressed OK? Or is that your original screenshot? If so, is there any way you can do a video capture of you doing this?
