Hello, I see my XTool D1 10w connected under Devices. However, the laser doesn’t move with Framing. And I get Transfer File error when I click start. What am I missing? My device works with xTool Creative Space but not with LightBurn. Other info: I’m connected via USB
Please copy the error from the Console window in LightBurn to a reply here.
Please also scroll back to copy the firmware version stated by the xTool device when it connects to LightBurn.
The the Firmware version within the xTool D1 has been updated several times and enhancements made to work with LightBurn. It may be best to confirm the firmware version before troubleshooting.

There was a problem sending data to the laser. The machine may be busy or paused.
The firmware version for the device is V40.30.007.01 B4
