I did download Lightburn software after I purchased it, I expected to be able to start using my engraving machine right way, but instead it did not happen. I received an error and nothing is happening. I don’t know what to do from here. Can someone please help me?

Nothing worse than finding your problem and it was solved via private mail or direct message…
Besides, lots of people may fix their issue without adding to the workload of the support team.

Definitely, no reply from the OP via email or forum so I can only guess if the problem was resolved.
The suggestion was to simply read the troubleshooting docs.
