Trial Extension Request – Laser Machine Issues

I’m reaching out to kindly request a extension of my trial period.
Due to technical issues with my laser machine, I wasn’t able to use LightBurn properly during the trial. I didn’t contact support before, but I used the extension options available within the app while I worked on fixing the problem.
I was only able to repair the machine yesterday, and unfortunately, my trial is now about to expire in just a couple of days. I’d really appreciate it if you could grant me a bit more time to actually test the software now that everything is working.

The team has not given me any solution. I am really worried about the equipment that has not been used due to the inconveniences.

In LightBurn>Help>License Management page you have a button to extend your free trial:

You’ve extended your trial 3 times from within the program for a total of 75 days free. To continue using LightBurn, you will need to purchase a license key.

The Sculpfun S30 is very compatible with Lightburn. Go ahead and spend the money, and use a Win10 machine to run it.
