Trocen AWC - cant send files

Hi team,

recently installed ver 1.0.04 on a second more recent Macbook Air (2015), found the device using USB, Trocen AWC 708, failed to send file, suggested device may be busy !!.

I also tried using an internet connection, can ping the device but again cannot send files, same error message.

Everything works fine on another Mackbook Air (2011) using ver 1.0.04 and an Ethernet connection.

Appreciate any advice as

UPDATE: I managed to get the second MAC connected to the laser by exporting the config from the working MAC and importing to the second MAC. Now the laser accepts the file transfer and it looks like everything is working except that the laser beam is not firing, any suggestions?
