i have trocen awc708c c02 laser matching. but there xy axis not moving., now
how to fix them.
step drivers have green color
Maybe you didn’t pass the rubber chain between the base where the laser runs. This between the frame and the rod that makes the laser move to the side there you will see that you must put it in a V shape face up
Can you provide more background? New machine and never worked? Used machine and not sure if it worked? Was running and stopped working?
its used machine import from other country . after import its works 3 day … and come this problme
ruber chain is good … there problem moter not runing…
When green light in on and motors don’t move, are they locked in position or free to move?
Check output of the power supply
Check rubber chain (timing belt) moves freely
Check all wires are tight
Try moving motors using arrows on controller and using an image saved on the controller

find solution i will check step drivers its broken replace new one and working well now
