I have the trial version on my older Mac 10.11.6. It has run great but is now expired. I am trying to purchase the software via Chrome. When I go to check out, I get this for a screen.
If I try to switch to Safari Lightburn website will not load. I understand that I have an older Mac which I have re-purposed to run my laser, but it did run the trial version perfectly.
It looks to me like you may have addons/extensions that are preventing the website from loading correctly. Try pressing CMD+Shift+N in Chrome to open a new incognito window (which has no extensions by default) and see if you can get to the final checkout screen once again.
