Trying to use the Circular Array, will not give the rotation of new objects. Also maybe related, when I green-box select the circle with a group of lines, the lines have the marching ants, but the circle does not.
Rectangular Array works as expected.
It looks like the circle shows a bounding box when selected, but is not being really selected.
I know it worked in the past. Not sure if it is a bug or procedural problem.

You have multiple copies of the circle on top of each other and grouped. If you zoom in close you can see the marching ants.
The circular array is rotating for me. If you do 4 or less copies, there is no difference between rotated and not.
7 copies, rotate unchecked.
Rotate checked.
A LOT of duplicate circles.

Great! I had a similar event a while back and thought I was being careful. But 141 copies was beyond my wildest imagination.
Thanks for checking for me!

We are not done.
Create circle.
Convert to path.
Resize to 1.25" (37.750mm).
Open circular array.
Use settings shown in the uploaded file.
At this point, it should have added the 11 other circles at the end of the lines. Mine does not. It just dumps the 11 copies on top of the original.
It has to be something simple because I have used the circular array in the past, but I am not seeing what I am doing wrong here.
Update : I rolled back to 1.7.08 and it behaves the same way, leading me to believe I have an ID10T error.

MikeyH:
I have an ID10T error.
I think I found it. The X and Y coordinates are incorrect for the center of rotation. What is showing is not the intersection of the lines. DOH!!!

Haha, a new acronym to me. I heard it as a “Seat to keyboard interface error.” Maybe a STKIE, pronounced sticky?
