Trouble with X Axis(I believe) Boss HP 3655

Hello All,

I apologize if this is in the wrong area of the forum. I am lost and I’m not sure what to do.
Machine: BOSS HP 3655
I am having problems on what I think is the X axis. So far, I have:
Tightened the belts.
Changed out lens.
Went through and tightened every bolt on the machine. Especially on actual head.
Cleaned mirrors.
Tried engraving on tumblers and flat wood on every corner of the machine to see if it had something to do with the guide rails, and no change.

I’ll include screen shots of the design, and the settings.

I can’t really make out the question except it’s involving the X axes.

What are you seeing that makes you think this?

Are you sure about the interval? Seems rather small, at least for a co2 machine.

I’m so sorry, it’s randomly jumping in the design. Here are some photos.

I have done this design on the same tumblers with the same settings, perfectly before. As far as the interval is concerned, from what I’ve learned thus far, the higher the LPI, the better the detail.
