Troubleshooting Ideas? - New Atomstack X40 Max, but Air Assist not running

Laser works and cuts great, but no air assist is working.

Confirmed that Lightburn Air Assist is turned on for appropriate layers.

Pump rotary switch is on at about half-way.

Power connection from X40 is connected to pump.

Hose from pump connected.

Thoughts? Many thanks.

Did you tried it with Atomstack Studio?

Hi, I had the same problem when I got my A20 Max.
It may sound stupid but i bet you have the main power cable going into your air assist and the air assist cable going into your main power adapter,
Just swap these two identical cables over and you will have a fully working laser with air assist.
I’ll admit that i felt like a right idiot when i finally figured it out
