I just came back to my Cloudray QS-50 and when i try to mark on a tumbler the preview only shows a line and when i attempt to run the program it does an over sized rectangle. I have checked all the rotary settings, the diameter is correct, and the distance from my lens to work surface is also correct. I am a little stumped and havent had any issues prior.
I don’t have any issues when doing a non rotary mark on anything.
I assume this was working?
Hard to tell what’s happening with such little information…
Can you post the .lbrn2 file for us to examine…
Also a screenshot of the screen and include the layer edit screen so we can see how it’s set up…
