Hi all!
Two Trees Tts-20 pro running GRBL, new setup, windows 11
Brand new to laser engraving, extremely basic 3d printing knowledge. (Had my firmware built for me) I recently purchased and set up a Two Trees TTS-20 Pro. I was able to do a single test print by manually typing in the coordinates and starting from there. Initially I could get it to autohome, however the frame function causes the module to jam into the gantry in the corners opposite the hard stops. LaserGRBL is even worse. I emailed after-sale support and was sent the lightburn .lbdev directly from two trees and now seem to have even less functionality to the point it will not move at all. What else can I do to get this thing running? Thanks in advance!
Thanks! I’ve tried all of those in attempting to get it started again. I have no movement whatsoever right now after using the lbdev directly from TT. When I click home, the status bar shows up in LB with nothing but the steppers quickly pulsing once the bar reaches 100%.
Sorry, I don’t have anything else for you except maybe go back to what worked initially. In other words, create a new device profile without the lbdev that didn’t work.
I’m thinking the firmware or controller is faulty. Two Trees support is absolutely worthless with 24+ hour response time. Thanks for your input! I’ll keep trying.
