For months I was trying to figure out why my TTS-20W Pro was still moving along the Y-Axis when I had the TR2 Pro Rotary attached to Y1. What I finally discovered was that you have to also unplug the Y2 stepper motor in order for it to work without having lines in my engraving. The manufacturer fails to tell you that in the installation manual! Now that I’ve figured that out, my tumbler engravings are coming out beautifully. I’ve had my laser now for almost a year and figured this solution out a week ago. Thought I would pass it along to anyone else who may be struggling with this issue.
