Hi everyone i buy a twotrees ts2 10w and i work with lightburn
i use the mdf 3mm and this configurations :
constant power mode on
200 mm/min
100% power
1 times
and do not cutt the material , i need to pass 5 times to cutt the mdf
can you help me?

Either your focus is off or the laser is degraded for sure. I would contact the brand for proper diagnostic procedures
