Unable to activate my new fresh license

Things begin well for me
lightburn refuse to activate my fresh license due to server network error.
I tried to go on server managment license same network error lightburn gitub same
i sent an eamil to lightburn staff but maybe is around here a solution ?

Do you have an active antivirus or network security application running that’s blocking the connection? Also, check for firewall software that may be interfering with the connection.

Disable or whitelist the server to allow connection.
