Unable to calibrate camera, it only captures one corner of the bed

Hi,

We have just purchased a BGL 1390 Laser with a built in camera. We are unable to calibrate it correctly. On the camera view, we can see the camera capturing the whole bed. Upon going into lens calibration, capturing an image consistently only captures the top left corner of the bed. This applies through the whole calibration process and even the update overlay function.

Could anyone offer any advice on how we can solve this?

I would recommend you only click ‘Next’ if there are ‘Markers found’ - ideally 50 to all 54 of them, and try to get the score under 0.5 for example;

Also, try holding the tag pattern a little closer to the lens when you ‘Capture’ and make sure the pattern is taped or glued down to a nice flat surface.

Even if I complete this step and get all 54 markers detected, continuing the lens calibration still only captures the top left corner.

If I complete the lens calibration and move onto the camera alignment, when I come to click the markers on my lasered alignment card, it still only captures this top left hand corner, so I can only see the one marker. The same thing happens when I click ‘update overlay’, it just shows the top left hand corner.
