Unable to connect AtomStack x7 using a mac

I am in need of assistance connecting my AtomStack x7 to MacBook Air (running Monterey 12.6). LighBurn doesn’t recognize it automatically and have tried manually without success

What happens when you do this? What’s the current symptom?

Additionally can you provide the following?

  1. Screenshot of Mac System Report → Hardware → USB
  2. Output from Mac Terminal for this command:
ls /dev/*usb*
