Help unable to find Xtool Device using supplied USB cable. I’ve tried using my USB C to regular type usb. But Lightburn unable to find device? Please advise,
Hi, I have same problem
I’ve seen a few Ventura devices not connect.
Please install the CH34x driver and retest.
When it asks you for permission, you’ll have to enter an admin password to allow it to install.
After this driver is installed, with LightBurn up and running and your laser connected, you’ll see an option for a COM port in the Laser window with the letters WCH in the name. Select it and watch the Console window for connection.
If the Console window does not connect, exit LightBurn and Relaunch it. Watch the Console window, it should connect at this point.
It’s strange but it worked for me.
Thanks, downloaded and installed. Xtool and Lightburn are now working.
