Unable to login to the License Portal

What is the trick to logging into the License Portal? Login is just sitting on LOGGING. I need to remove a dead laptop license with a new Laptop. I’ve followed the instructions and requested a new password based on my email address. I did a search and most seem to have success after waiting, but I’ve waited 3 hours.

Just logged in fine here. Your best bet is to e-mail support@lightburnsoftware.com and they can assist in sorting things out.

What a difference a day makes, as the song goes. I was able to login today so apparently their servers somehow become unresponsive and then either reset or become responsive. I’m good now. Thanks for your response.
