LB trial download shows and caution message “LightBurn-v1.0.00 (…exe is not commonly downloaded and may be dangerous” and become a file named Unconfirmed 713770.crdownload
It is checked for problems with Trend micro and scanned as clean.
How do I open. This is not an .exe file as expected.

which download link have you tried on which system and with which browser?
I haven’t had any issues here and tested it with Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome and Firefox on Windows 10.
Have you actually tried this download link (Windows 10 64bit as I assume from your message):
