Unable to round corners on Box parts with Notches

Somehow I created a radius in all four corners of this box bottom (With Notches) but am now unable to increase/edit the radius. Also, unable to radius any/all of the notch corners to reduce damage when fitting box sides with tab into box bottom with notches.

What am I doing wrong?

You are fast - did not expected such a detailed response. I have printed these instruction and will attempt it on my end.
