You can verify if you’ve got the correct driver installed in the Windows Device Manager:

I will check that file, I’m not very savvy when it comes to driver settings.. hang with me and i will check it this afternoon.
(I’m not getting the) USBLMC** device in the list - it should be near the bottom, under Universal Serial Bus devices , shown below: OR Universal Serial Bus devices as USBLMCV2 , USBLMCV4 , or something else similar.
Do you see a “BJJCZ Device” in the Device Manager?
This would mean that the LightBurn driver is not yet installed.
