Trying to upload jpeg and i guess there was some kind of change. It shows a box where it should be but nothing is there.
Upload to where? Are you asking about loading a jpeg file into LightBurn? Tell us more, add images to show us what you see. You need to offer more information for us to know how best to assist. 
My apologies, I am trying to upload a jpeg into lightburn, Just a clipart of music notes. I click on it and it doesn’t move into the field on lightburn. I see the box where it should be but there is nothing there.
Just following along, but is it possible you are uploading to a layer that is set to not display?

thank you!!! That was it I guess the last time I engraved I engraved just the words not the image.
You would not believe how many times I have done the same thing.
