I have an OMtech 130watt co2 and started having issues with uneven engraving on acrylic. It’s coming out looking like a flag. Any help would be appreciated
I’ve had similar issues with both acrylic and glass.
Can’t say I know what it is, but an interval change, focus change and lens change affects it.
I’ve done the best with an interval change, then a focus change…
I’d like to think it’s the material, but haven’t convinced myself of that yet.
What’s unfortunate is, for me, you usually have to do it at a relatively large scale to see it. I’ve never been able to duplicate it on smaller pieces that I’ve tested with.
