Not only do I work with different material thicknesses, I seem to get a lot of variety in the cut performance of the same materials in different orders. Lightburn has a built-in Material Test, but each use is a new setup. I wanted something I could put in the \Projects\Tools folder that was quick and ready.
I created this because I have a sheet of 3/16" plywood in the garage I need to use for a laser project. Until now, all I ever cut was 3mm ply and bamboo boards. I had no idea how this would cut.
I will be making a version customized for the 20w setting, as well for my S30 10w and iCube 10w machines.
Feel free to adapt to your own needs. Mark the speed and power settings on the first completely cut out “coin” and save it for later reference. For those that do their cutouts on one pass, this program will not be much help.
Correction: Layer 13 should be 5 passes, not 6.

P.S. The choice of the 100mmx200mm size was by chance. This is a common size of Baltic ply available on Amazon and others.
