Unwanted Y axis offset on Creality Falcon 2 Pro

Hi!

Recently we aquired a Creality Falcon 2 Pro in my workshop, we are quite new to working with laser. We did something like 10 cuts/engravings that went okay until one of them went wrong. It cut everything perfect but with a 2cm offset in the Y axis. It offsets when framing too. We thought it was a hardware thing or something with our software setup, we tried to calibrate everything again and nothing fixed it so we tried to install lightburn in another computer and for our surprise everything worked alright!

We kept cutting and engraving for 2 days and now the problem appeared again. We can’t find a solution online and reinstalling the software seems like an odd and paliative solution.

What can be wrong?

Without you showing us your Lightburn screen all anyone can do is guess. I think you’re describing a job origin issue. What start from mode are you using? Post a screenshot of your entire Lightburn screen with your project loaded and Cuts/Layers panel and Laser panel showing. (not a phone pic, please)
