If you are still getting the triangle issue with that device type and 1.7 can you send me in a PM the following so I can test on my side please?
- pictures of the project that you cut with the issues so we can see what you are seeing
- The Firmware version of your S1 (this is output to the console window of Lightburn when you first connect to the machine it will look something like V40.32.009.2224.01 B4. You can also get this from XCS if needed from the gear icon at the top right of the screen after you connect to the laser.)
- The project file (Lbrn2 file that is causing this)
- Any non-standard system fonts that you may have used in that project if they are able to be shared
- Your support data (Go to Help Menu and click Generate Support data and past that into the PM. It will be a huge block of text that looks like gibberish)
We have not had quite a few testers on this and not had anyone report the triangle issue with the new builds and device type. If you have something that is producing it I’d like to be able to see it.
