Update overlay quality is terrible, brand new Thunder Bolt

I have been told it’s possibly a LB issue by Thunder and have sent a ticket in to LB’s team to be looked at but wanted to see if you all maybe have any ideas I could check to help diagnose my problem or if anyone’s has seen this before. I am connected via USB to the camera on a W11 machine running the most current OS build. LB is also up to date.

Update Overlay

Thunder’s Training video (what it should look like) vs. to my overlay.

Any help or things to look into would be appreciated. Thank you!

Lightburn team requested I do full recalibration of lens and alignment only to have the same results. I truly believe it has something to do when I select capture image the image is so far zoomed out it’s really bad. I am using a windows 11 laptop and I understand the new camera capture system uses windows services, maybe something wrong with that?? Idk. . .

It’s so distorted and even when zooming in to try and select the center of the circles for alignment it’s so insanely pixelated. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I watched Laser Nugs video and his calibration images appear to be equally as clear Thunder’s using the same camera and machine as I have.

At 13:14 you can see his overlay image and he zooms in on the circle and it looks clean.

Now one thing that makes me think it’s a potential Windows problem with Lightburn is both Thunder’s video and Laser Nug are using MacOS Apple computers.

I’m not sure what it could be but I’m trying to find out why mine is so terrible.

Here is my middle circle zoomed in like the above Laser Nug video.
