I am trying to up date my Lightburn 1.5.01 to the latest version 1.7 but keep getting note “TLS initialization failed” please assist in allowing me to up date. I am getting on in years and not very good with computers.
Download the update manually, then install from the downloaded file.

Make sure that your license is current before doing this otherwise you may leave yourself with a version of LightBurn that won’t run.
If you are not sure about your license then login to the License Portal to check.
