Updated Lightburn, Now laser jumps between rails and will not burn

I recently Updated My Xtool software, and then renewed my Lightburn license. When I tried a new project everything responds well (Frames the project,) When I Start the project, It runs back in forth between the sides, then the limits alarm goes off. Any thoughts on how to fix this issue would be appreciated

Are you using absolute coordinates?

Does the xTool D1 connect to LightBurn?

Please select, copy and paste the Firmware version number From the Console window in LightBurn into a reply here. The Version number is usually in the initial connection message. A few extra lines on either side of that wouldn’t hurt.

Running back and forth when starting is very unusual.

Do you own a rotary? Any chance that LightBurn was left in Rotary mode?

In LightBurn, click Laser tools in the top row, select Rotary Setup and confirm that the Enable Rotary switch is off.

If that’s not the answer, and If xTool hasn’t made Huge changes to their GRBL firmware this time, restoring your previous settings may help.
