Updated to New Version now my license is missing

Updated to New Version now my license is missing. Installed everything, acted like the program was never on my computer before and the license is missing. The lightburn software is the only thing I upgrading (including the drivers in the update) and now my license for that machine is missing

Can you access the License Portal in the upper right of the forum?

Did you find the email that LightBurn sent with your Key info on it. In LightBurn Click Help, then Click Licence Management at the bottom. You should be able to enter your key there.

Please DO not post your key in the forum. I don’t want to see it. :slight_smile:

I just used the license I got from the email and re-entered and it worked fine. Thank you

You’re welcome. For future readers - copy and paste from the email to the licence box also reduces the possibility of a typographical error. :slight_smile:
