Upgrade from Windows 10 to 11. Lost access to Lightburn Software. Is there a way to recover the software
What do you mean by lost access? Is it no longer on your computer or are you receiving an error message?
You can download LightBurn from here, the free trial becomes unlocked when you enter your key in it:
Sometimes when you update LightBurn, Windows will do strange things, like ignore your preferences/settings. Go to File>Preferences>Load Prefs Backup>Select an option that worked for you previously to get your settings back.

Thank you, JessN. I was half way through the upgrade when I realized that it might affect Lightburn. After being up all night hitting brick walls, I finally got the software to load and work. Thanks again. I am going to bed
