For days I have been trying everything… even deactivating the license but your server replies that it doesn’t work.
What can I invent to work?

Looking into our systems with the email you use here, I see your key and see that you have support for both GCode and DSP controllers. What do you mean, exactly, when you say “it doesn’t work”?
You will need to create a ‘Device Profile’ for this new 130w system. You can add this using the ‘Find My Laser’ tool or add manually to connect and use this DSP support. Did you do this? What was the result?

the problem is that I switched from a diode laser to a co2 laser and with the license upgrade.
Unfortunately when I try to activate this new license the server gives me an error.

Go to Help->License Management in Lightburn. What does it show for “Device types enabled”?
