UPGRADE problems

I been a Lightburn user for some time now, and I just upgrade to the current version. I tried to log in today and it telling that my free trail is up and i have to pay. When I enter my key it says that it’s no good, but on their website everything to show my account is good. What do I do I files to cut and no way to talk to the laser. Greg

Things like this should be sent to support@lightburnsoftware.com as we can’t have you post your license key here, and it’s possible for us to miss posts sent here, and much harder for that to happen with our email ticket system.

I’ve tried to look up your license key from your email address, but I don’t see anything, so you will need to email your license key to the support address above and we’ll take care of it.

Sometimes Windows Update changes enough content on your computer that it can fool our license system into thinking it’s a new PC. If this happens, we just remove the computer from the key and you re-enter it, and that’s all it needs. If you have a non-microsoft email address (like GMail), we can assign your key to that and then you can use our license portal to do this yourself, so you don’t have to wait for us. :slight_smile:
