How can I get the update of my software, because the automatic download does not work,

You can download the current version of the Software for your computer from our website. LightburnSoftware.com
Click on Download / Trial and download the most recent version for your computer.
If your Free trial has expired, and if you have a valid license, run the new version and enter the key.
Please do not post your key here.
In LightBurn, click Help then click License Management, then select and copy the key from your email and paste it into the License Key box in the License Management window.
