I’m trying to upgrade to dsp version and it won’t let me I’m in the portal it comes up with my license key and active line but I can’t see an upgrade button

Thanks for reaching out. You are correct, the License Portal provides access to Key Management & details and seat allocation control. To purchase an upgrade or renewal, you must do this from our storefront. The DSP Upgrade can be found here:
