Hello all, after a recent upgrade I lost the ability to use my fiber laser… I have already purchased the galvo license. Would appreciate any help thanks
Sign into the license portal and see what it shows there…
It should show your fiber license… you can remove authorization and then use your key to enable the new install…
I’ve never seen this without a change in hardware somewhere… I don’t know exactly how it works, but it saves the information about license expiration on your machine, I think… it only needs to access it via the Internet once.
If you continue to have issues, send a note to support@lightburnsoftware.com along with your key and they will help you work it out…
