Upgraded from G-code license to DSP but not working

Hi, I’ve upgrade my gcode license to DSP, deactivated license and added updated license through license page on the computer, went to “Find My Laser” it recognises my new device (Ruida 644XS 700 x 500mm at COM5) but “Add Device” is greyed out with “You have chosen a DSP device, but do not have the DSP license”.
Am I doing something wrong?

There is no new key. The process is explained on the upgrade license page. It does not happen immediately, as it is processed manually:

Looking into our systems, I see that this upgrade has been applied to your key. You should now see support for DSP controllers activated. You are all set.
