Hi!
I bought a new license key (I’ve been using lightburn on this computer for 3 years now). When I activated the key, and the wizard is looking for my BOSS laser, it can’t be found even though it is connected with a cable to my computer.
Any thoughts?

You may need to power cycle your laser and computer. Is this laser new to you? Is the laser’s emergency switch engaged?
If you’ve been using your computer with this laser previously, then it’s likely that the FTDI driver was already installed.
Here’s our troubleshooting documentation on what to do when the laser isn’t found. You may need to create the device profile manually.
