Using a rotary chuck on a boss laser

Hi! When I use my rotary chuck on my Boss LS1420 it tries to return to origin after a job and the laser head hits the rotary chuck when it is moving on the z axis… How do I get it to stay at the job origin after the job is complete?

There is a setting in Edit > Machine Settings for the return position after the job that should do it.

I think the Ruida 6442S controller does what you’re saying by default, and the 6442G controller returns to the starting point or user origin by default.
