I,ve been making Plaques from a raster
Using Fast WhiteSpace Scan…@ 2500 mm/min
After close examination of image on the wood
I noticed that in all of my finished pieces (30 or more) That the burn is not as dark through the mid section of image and correspond to the lettering on each side
Any thoughts

As replied on the FB thread - I think you need more overscan.
