hi i’m using grbl m3 device and lighburn version is 1.2.0.4 and when starts as dashed.when working beginning firstly like pressed.please give information.i’m using fill mode

A few things.

Please confirm that you are not using “Flood-fill” and that the switch is in the Off position in the Cuts / Layers layer settings. Flood Fill is often misapplied to small geometry. Flood-fill is for large fill areas.

Backlash can make squished areas in art.
is the 80W Zbaitu device a diode laser?

What is your current speed setting in mm/minute and % Power for your engraving?

You may be running fast enough to require Scanning Offset Adjustment in Device Settings.

thank you for help sir. will try it again yes 10w optical diode laser.i send our setting

In the last image you posted, the setting of 473.33 lines per inch may be ambitious for a diode laser, especially a high powered one more suited to cutting.

If you can make a small dot, 0.002" across with your laser then this setting is fine.
I would retest at half the resolution (~237 Lines per inch) because the image is cleanly doubled and neither half is too weak to work.

Please test at 400mm/minute and 80% power to improve the lifespan of your laser engraver.

Also, Click Edit, then Device Settings and capture this pop-up window.
Excessive Scanning Offset adjustment can create the duplicated image.

This may work well shut off or may need to be adjusted for your machine dynamics.

Please test on scrap and let us know.
