I have Genmitsu Kiosk and I ordered the chuck rotating module when I ordered my machine. I am having trouble using the module. I can’t seem to get the right settings or something. I get it going and all it does is one line and then it stops. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. I am a visual person and like to watch videos on how things are to be done. If anyone has a video or knows where I can find one for this machine I would greatly apprecite it.

I was thinking of getting the md18/19 for my kiosk and Sainsmart stated, I would have to request a separate cable for the Kiosk to use the rotary (im guessing due to being a USB connection. Would you have a photo of said cable as I already have a rotary on my larger machine and if it just converts the mini stepper connector (rotary end) to USB, I may be able to make one.

I had similar issue with another function . In the Device settings do you have Pointer offset on? I did and removed it and fixed that issue. It is probably something in your Device settings. Good Luck
