UV Galvo Enclosure

Any suggestions for material (plastic) for an UV Galvo Enclosure?

Just completely close it. Then you don’t have to care about the material. If you want to watch, use a camera.
Or, if you want the front to be transparent, check your laser’s wavelength and search for a window with a fitting blocking specification.

good point

If you do need a transparent window, make sure to use a material that is rated to work with the wavelength of laser light (355nm nominally for UV laser sources) and also has a OD (Optical Density) rating. This must be physically marked on the material itself - that’s how you know you have rated material.

This looks to be a reputable vendor at some decent pricing compared to what I’ve seen in the past: Laser Safety Window – 406 Sheet | UV & CO₂, OD 5+

I have a window from them, LaserSafetyIndustries.com, that I used in one of my (not UV) laser enclosures, and I was very pleased. It came with actual paperwork, even, which I appreciated.
