Variable text sequence row or column?

I have a special serial Nr list in csv file.
After the cutting process I want to group them. (Similar numbers)
If I use the array, the 2. item goes into the row1-Column2
I want to have it in the row2-column1. Can I change somehow?

I can hack it with a 90°rotation before the array command and a -90° rotate after…

Not sure I’m following what you’re trying to accomplish, but have you ever used the “Transpose” feature in your spreadsheet? That functionality moves items in a row to a column and places them in their individual cells, one underneath the other (on their on row).

Maybe post a pic of what your end result is to look like (along with the starting setup)

Eg.
A

D

F… in the first column.

If I use it for the array function as an input.
The result is.
A B C
D E F

But I want to use it in this form
A D
B E
C F

So the direction of filling the array is not left-right, for me the best would be top to buttom.
