Varible text and grid array question

Hello group, this was created using varible text and the grid array. How can I get it to engrave from top to bottom, left to right instead of left to right then down to the next row. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello group, this was created using varible text and the grid array. How can I get it to engrave from top to bottom, left to right instead of left to right then down to the next row. Any help would be appreciated.

Here’s how to fix it:

1. First, ungroup everything. Select it all, hit Ctrl+U or right-click and hit Ungroup. You can’t sort grouped stuff.
2. Then go up to Tools > Arrange > Sort.
3. In that sort window, pick:

• Top to Bottom as the main sort direction
• Left to Right as the secondary sort

That tells LightBurn to run down the first column, then move over and go down the next one, and so on. Way more efficient if you’re running variable text on plaques, tumblers, whatever.

After that, just hit preview and check the order—should be good to go.
